According to the draft document, such amendments were made to current legislation:
1) in chapter one the word “twelve” to change to the word “nine”;
2) in chapter eight words “less than twelve persons, precinct election commission is formed by a district election commission by a submission of its chair based on proposals of the commission’s members in the number of twelve persons” to change to “less than nine persons, precinct election commission is formed by a district election commission by a submission of its chair based on proposals of the commission’s members in the number of nine persons”.
Respective bill was registered under No. 4813.
